Council on Aging’s mission is to provide subsidized services for the elderly, disabled, and needy in Volusia County. Providing quality services to meet the needs of senior citizens and their families through an active partnership of public enterprises.

Volunteer opportunities include: serving food, delivering meals, teaching a class, and engaging with elderly members.
